You will be responsible for shipping & handling fees on your order. Siebel will provide you with a quote and will not charge your credit card until you have agreed to the pricing.
We will ship UPS ground for all domestic USA orders.
We will ship DHL for all international orders. If DHL, you will be responsible for custom clearance charges that may occur. Siebel is not responsible for this fee. This fee is calculated by the agency that will clear your shipment.
Once your order is processed, you will receive the tracking number by email and an invoice will accompany your order.
